Creekside Retreat is a Canadian-style log cabin tucked away in the charming village of Little Petherick, just seven minutes from the buzz and world-class fine dining of the harbour town of Padstow. We've lovingly renovated this cabin to feel like a hideaway retreat for couples and families. Whether you're here to hike the nearby Little Petherick Creek trails, join the South West Coast Path, or explore the rugged Cornish shoreline, Creekside Retreat provides the perfect, cosy base for every season.
Designed with peaceful autumn and winter escapes in mind, the retreat flows just as easily into the warm summer months. Unwind on the deck in the comfy lawn chairs and soak up the tranquil surroundings after a day on the beach.
The house has one king room and a twin room. The top floor holds the master suite — a super king bed and an en-suite — connected to the family room, a second living space of its own. Each opens onto a balcony, and the family room's looks out over the creek, close enough to hear the stream and the wind in the trees. Outside features the hot tub and outdoor seating with a small garden area for one small dog.

Little Petherick Creek winds down from the house to the Camel Estuary. The village pub and bistro are a two-minute walk from the front door; everything below is within half an hour.
Hire bikes in Padstow and follow the old railway line along the estuary to Wadebridge.
The harbour town of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. Stay early or late in the season and you'll have it to yourself.
Trevone and Harlyn first, then bay after bay of sand stretching west to Constantine.
A wide, forgiving beach that suits first-time surfers and pros alike. Our favourite spot for a drink at the rum bar.

Stays are a three-night minimum. Select dates to see the length of your stay.
From £240 a night. Linen, towels and logs for the burner included.

Send your dates below, or write to us directly, and we'll reply personally, usually within a few hours. A 25% deposit holds your stay; the balance is due six weeks before arrival.
